PAYMENT

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases. Cancellation & Reschedule

1. You can cancel/reschedule your booking upto 1 hour before the scheduled time of your booking, after that Your booking will be automatically cancelled
2. If you cancel the booking within the specified period, You will receive 100% refund of the booking price. You will get the refund in Your Cowork Junction Wallet within 24 hours of cancelling the booking.
3. You can reschedule your booking by changing the date and time for the same space, only till your booking has not been cancelled (i.e 1 hour ahead of your scheduled time)
4. Partial Cancellation of the booking is not allowed.
5. Outlet can cancel your booking at any time due about which you will be intimidated via message, email or notification. In case You do not make a new booking in case of Membership plan your visit will be credited back to the visit balance or if You have paid in advance , a 100% refund will be credited to your wallet.6. In case of any issues, the interpretation of Cowork Junction will be considered final.

Cash-back/Refund

On Failure of Transaction or Cancellation of service
1. If you are eligible for a cash-back, your earned cash-back will be credited to your wallet with 24 hours.
2. If in a transaction performed by you on the Cowork Junction Platform, money has been charged to your card or bank account and the service/product is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e-mail address mentioned on the Contact Us page on the Cowork Junction Platform. The mail must include the mobile number, service or product being purchased, transaction number, date and time. We will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the service, then you will be refunded the money within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of your e mail. All refunds will be credited to Your wallet.
3. If you cancel/return a service/product purchased from the Cowork Junction platform, you will be refunded the money for the same within 7-10 working days. All refunds will be credited to Your wallet.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve
(a) transmissions over various networks; and
(b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
